A supermarket or food store presents a unique climate control challenge. Open refrigeration cabinets — the chilled aisles — introduce significant cold air into the store environment, while the rest of the store requires comfort cooling. Getting the balance right requires careful design: too cold overall and customers are uncomfortable; too warm and refrigerated displays work harder, increasing running costs and reducing food safety margins.

Food Safety Compliance

We provide material safety data sheets on request for any installation subject to food hygiene inspections.
