MSZ-AP Series — Our Most Installed Domestic Unit
The MSZ-AP is the sweet spot of the Mitsubishi Electric residential range — excellent noise levels (21dB minimum), strong efficiency, proven reliability and accessible pricing. Available in 2.0kW, 2.5kW, 3.5kW, 5.0kW and 6.0kW capacities to suit bedrooms, living rooms and home offices of all sizes. R32 refrigerant. MELCloud wifi control available. Available in white only.

MSZ-LN Series — Premium Quiet Performance
The MSZ-LN is Mitsubishi Electric’s premium residential unit — 19dB minimum fan speed, the quietest unit in their range and among the quietest available from any manufacturer. Available in five colours including pearl white, onyx black, ruby red, titanium silver and quick silver. High-efficiency R32 refrigerant. Plasma Quad Plus air purification. MELCloud wifi as standard.
Typical installed price: £1,600–2,200 for 2.5kW.
MSZ-AY Series — Mid-Range with Self-Cleaning
The MSZ-AY sits between the AP and LN — offering the self-cleaning evaporator feature (the indoor unit automatically dries its own coil surface after use, preventing mould growth) and Dual Barrier Coating for long-term efficiency maintenance. A good choice for clients who want reduced maintenance requirements.
Typical installed price: £1,400–1,900 for 2.5kW.
MXZ Multi-Split Series
The MXZ outdoor units connect to 2–8 indoor units of any indoor series — MSZ-AP, MSZ-LN or MSZ-AY — allowing a whole-house installation with a single outdoor unit. Our most common multi-room configuration pairs MXZ outdoor units with MSZ-AP indoor units for the best balance of performance and value.
Typical installed price: £2,800–4,500 for 2 rooms; £4,500–8,500 for 4-5 rooms.
Commercial Mitsubishi Electric Systems
City Multi VRF
Mitsubishi Electric City Multi is the most widely specified commercial VRF system in the UK. A single outdoor unit serves 2–50+ indoor units with individual zone control — cassettes, wall-mounted units, ducted units and floor-standing units can all be mixed on a single system. Heat pump or heat recovery configurations available. The R32 City Multi YXM series offers improved efficiency and lower refrigerant charge.
Mr Slim
The Mr Slim range covers commercial split and multi-split applications for offices, retail and hospitality — higher capacities and more robust build than the residential M-series for environments with extended operating hours.
Mitsubishi Electric Repair and Servicing
We repair all Mitsubishi Electric systems regardless of age and regardless of who originally installed them. We carry common Mitsubishi Electric spare parts including MSZ-AP and MSZ-LN PCBs, thermistors, fan motors and drain pumps — enabling first-time fix on most call-outs. We also carry refrigerant for both R32 and R410A systems.
