Guest Bedroom Systems
Individual wall-mounted split systems in each guest bedroom are the standard approach for boutique and mid-range hotels. Each room has individual temperature control. We specify premium quiet units — Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-LN or equivalent — for hotel bedrooms. Quiet operation at minimum fan speed is essential for guest sleep quality. All hotel bedroom units are commissioned and fully tested before guest use.
Common Areas
Lobbies, bars, restaurants and function rooms require higher-capacity systems than individual guest rooms. We design multi-zone commercial systems for these areas using cassette or ducted units sized for peak occupancy on summer evenings. Independent zone control allows each area to be managed separately.
Out-of-Hours Programme
All hotel installation work is carried out overnight — arriving after evening service and completing before the first guests are active the following morning. For multi-room hotel retrofits, we work one room at a time, completing and making good each room before moving to the next. Rooms under installation are coordinated with the reservations team to ensure they are not sold during the installation night.
